No doubt one republic is a great band, but They did well to sign with Timbaland. cos Timbaland made the song more popular top on the char .. publicity and all stuff.. they are not that stupid, we are just giving our opinions but they are thinking in both ways..

u need to get one thing straight. one republic wrote the song, recorded it. timbaland remixed a few parts of it, and added a part of him saying "hey hey" that does not count as HIS version of the song, so get ur facts straight

SoleilChaux said 'the timbaland version', not his version. Either way, the song was also sold under Timbaland, not one republic. They got their copyright money, but timbaland made more money out of the remix. Writing a song doesn't necessarily mean you'll be successful with it... so get your facts straight buddy ;)
